Paradigm Counseling...a psychospiritual approach

What Do You Want?

It's true we are all on our own path,
but it's OK to ask for some support in sorting it out.  For most folks, that sorting  process first involves a level of mindful self-reflection.  In this moment there is an invitation for you to participate more deeply, perhaps more deeply than ever before, in exploring and
honoring your mind and heart.
Locate, explore, and revamp your sense of yourself and what is possible in your world.  Consciously engage your paradigm.

Most of us want to feel recognized, and known to others in a way that allows us to feel valued, appreciated, and safe.

It might sometimes feel as if we are forever stuck in depression or anxiety, and at a loss to know why that experience of connection and validation is absent in our
life and relationships.

We don't know why.
We can't seem to figure it out.
Why can't we get our life in balance?

We do not learn from experience...we learn
from reflecting on experience.
